Classic Subway V-Cut

All this time I thought I was the only one to obsess over the way submarine sandwiches are cut...

My personal feeling is that Subway stopped cutting the sandwiches like this because it takes a bit of training to learn how to to do a V-cut. Any minimum wage loser can do a crappy hinge cut.

When I make a sandwich at home I cut the bread in the proper manner.
