When I get my own place, I'm getting a nice big CRT for my older systems, though to be honest the only system that looks bad as such on my LCD is my Japanese Saturn because the signal it sens out seems to be different to my PAL one.
I'll never understand the use of fake scanlines though, they always just look like someones installed some blinds in front of the picture to me.
I don't understand half of that! All I know is that my games from the Saturn through to the Wii, PS3 and 360 all look great on my big ol' TV... It's a Schneider (German TV) and it's pre-digital, pre-plasma, pre-flat screen and I LOVE it!!!
